FOR THE BEST OF PERSONAL MEMOIRS
This is one of America's many hot spots! And it is one that a lot of people do not...know about.
For a great adventure, physically healthy, and peace of mind, heart and soul...go to the Garden Of the Gods.
The Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is one of the most beautiful parks in the United States. The distinct red rock formations formed over the course of 300 million years, creating a one-of-a-kind landscape. At first, it was called Red Rock Corral by the Europeans who settled in the area. Two surveyors named M. S. Beach and Rufus Cable coined the name we use today when, in 1859, Beach remarked that it was a fantastic site for a beer garden, and Cable replied that it was "a fit place for the Gods to assemble." In 1971, the area was designated a National Natural Landmark, and today, it draws throngs of hikers.
